Experienced Caulker

**Summary**

CalWest Caulking Ltd. is looking to hire a full-time experienced caulker to join our team. We provide a friendly working environment with room to advance.

**Skills & Qualification**

Required:

- Demonstrate a commitment to construction safety.
- Understanding of basics of sealant installation.
- Previous work experience.
- Finish caulking experience.
- Able to demonstrate caulking skills during interview.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Perform repetitive work.

Additional (optional):

- WHMIS training.
- Fall protection training.
- Aerial work platform training.
- Demonstrate the initiative to identify and solve problems.
- Valid drivers license.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong focus on quality of work.

**Typical Duties**
- Working at heights (ladders, man lift, swing stage, scaffolding).
- Following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Job site and equipment cleanup.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Installing sealant.
- Other duties as need.

**Wages**
- Negotiable depending on experience.
