Qualifications:
Able to work 4-5 days per week including occasional weekends.
Previous retail experience is required, previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
Able to multi-task, work independently and self-motivate
Able to operate computer software, POS systems, etc
Able to stand for long periods, lift boxes from shelves above shoulder height, and work alone

Duties include:
Connecting with customers in a helpful and professional manner
Explaining product features, warranties, and material
Resolving complaints and returns
Supervising and training new staff
Processing and pricing incoming inventory
Able to follow and uphold store policies and procedures

- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of store management systems and point-of-sale software
