**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front of house staff.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Train and develop front of house staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wallaceburg, ON N8A 2N6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 5 years (required)
