Waterproofing Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking waterproofing technician and excavation equipment operator to join our team.

This role would be responsible for planning and executing basement waterproofing, foundation drain installation and repairs, septic system installation and repairs, city service (sewer and water) installation and repairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare for and manage job site and job progress
- Load, float, deliver and 0perate excavation equipment
- When required, apply/install water proofing materials (crack injections, patch, membrane, dimple board etc.
- Return customers property to rough grade
- Customer Service

Qualifications:

- Experience operating small excavator and Skid Steer
- Must have G License and have a clean driving Aspect
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job e.g. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs, stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, vision, depth perception, work outside

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in waterproofing industry
- Experience with operating excavation equipment
- Has completed working in confined spaces training
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and workplace safety
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

For over 30 years Call the Plumbing Doctor & Call the Foundation Doctor Inc. has been providing waterproofing, foundation drain, septic system, city water and sewer installations and repairs.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
