**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Preferably has retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- You are passionate about the Cannabis industry, learning and educating our guests *Being a Cannabis user is **NOT** required*
- You're a team player with strong interpersonal and execution skills
- You work well in fast pace environments and under pressure
- You have strong communication and problem solving skills
- You are reliable, trustworthy and confident
- You are a creative, self starter bringing forth new and innovative ideas
- You have a positive attitude, vibrant energy and are a natural sales associate

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUDTENDER**:

- Qualify each guest in accordance to requirements and standards
- Create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for each customer, visitor and staff
- Respond to customer inquiries with your care, expertise and knowledge
- Operate POS systems and perform daily cash in/out
- Fulfill customer order and ensure drawers remain stocked
- Strong skill level of Cannabis products and accessories *Will have product knowledge training
- Conduct, Participate and complete all training and educational materials, standards and procedures
- Work as a team player to maximize store sales
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers
- Open communication with co-workers - 'Our community is our culture'
- Assist with all store maintenance: cleaning, merchandizing, displays, restocking, etc
- Communicate and maintain strong relationships with our customers, staff and Managers

**First interview via Zoom**

*Must verbally confirm you have no criminal record

**Second interview/decision on hire via Zoom**

*Must provide proof of criminal record check within 5 days in order to onboard

*You will be required to complete our training and certification within 5 days of hire
- If you’re a fit - you will be notified within 2 days Start date as soon as Cansell certification is complete_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $17.55-$20.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
