**Moving Logistics Manager Responsibilities**:

- Opportunity to join and lead an expanding crew in Etobicoke.
- Seeking a reliable, hardworking team player who enjoys physical work and prioritizes customer service.
- Manage teams, coordinate moves, and ensure client schedules and needs are met.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are carried out efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the moving process.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific instructions.
- Manually load, unload, and transport furniture and household items, employing both physical effort and rudimentary material handling tools.
- Perform daily inventory checks of the truck, ensuring it meets operational standards and is adequately equipped for tasks at hand.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during moving operations.
- Ensure that moving services meet company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct quality checks during and after moves to ensure proper handling of items and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures, including workplace safety rules and hazard controls.
- Attend training sessions, share insights, and promptly address any health, safety, wellness, or environmental concerns.

**Compensation**:

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Commercial driving: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
