Scope: To support and assist in the development of a wide variety of information systems at the Truro office

Responsibilities and Functions:
Provide support for administrative offices, terminals, and remote users and systems
Manage routers, switches, physical and virtual servers
Manage and troubleshoot various IT issues. Some travel and overtime may be required
Conduct research and analysis for cyber security
Helpdesk support for three branches
Position is based in Truro, NS
Perform other duties as assigned
