**Position**: Security Guard, Commercial (Full time)
**Location**: 1020 Osprey Rd, Ancaster

**Schedule**: Mon-Fri 0800 to 1600

**Hourly Pay Rate**: $18. 05

**Training pay rate**: $17. 25 for 16 hours

**What does a Security Guard in Hamilton do?**:

- Gate Duties for a Distribution Centre.
- Access control for trucks
- Truck inspections
- Ensuring all employees are screened in and out of the Sorting area
- Inbound/Outbound truck logging and inspection
- Interior and exterior patrols
- Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
- Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork
- Respond to internal alarms
- Process inbound/outbound truck
- Take calls at security desk

**Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Hamilton?**:

- Valid Provincial Security Guard license
- 2-3 years of security guard experience
- First AID CPR

- Ability to perform site patrols
