**Please note that the school is located in Brampton, Ontario and you will be working from this location and office.**

As the Director of Admissions, you would be expected to perform the following:

- Lead generation and lead conversion of prospective students interested in diploma programs (and certificates) being offered by the College
- Meeting monthly or annual enrolment targets
- Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries
- Interviewing and counselling prospective students and converting prospective students into enrollments
- Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end
- Follow-up on existing leads provided by school in a team or independently
- Assisting in recruitment strategy and implementation for various programs
- Manage the social media inquiries, including creating and responding to posts, comments
- Regularly update and maintain student files and records
- Manage student fee payment and receipts as required
- Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required
- Other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director

Base salary + commission + benefits; negotiable based on experience and performance in the role.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
