Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the barn, including feeding, grooming, and exercising horses. Riding is required. No mucking.
- Oversee the health and well-being of all animals on the farm
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of barn facilities
- Coordinate with veterinarians/farriers for routine check-ups and medical treatments
- Implement feeding schedules and dietary plans for animals
- Monitor inventory of feed, supplies, and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise barn staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Display professionalism with owners, sponsors, clients.
- Perform administrative tacks such as booking hotels/transport for our riders on tour, submit entries to horse shows, maintain updated FEI passports, assist with organizing horse transport and logistics while on tour.

**Experience**:

- Previous riding experience as a hunter/jumper
- Management experience is a plus
- Grooming (show) experience required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Also offer on site housing included in the position. Work visa can also be arranged for foreign applicants.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
