Vansh Transportation is currently seeking a highly motivated individuals to fill the role of **US Dispatcher** located in Mississauga, ON. Join our dynamic team and you will work with our skilled fleet of truck drivers to ensure that all freight is assigned and delivered in a timely and professional manner and that customer needs are satisfied.

You must have minimum of 4-5 Years of US dispatching experience.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Ensure dispatch coverage of routes on a daily, and provide updates as required
- Optimize, load and balance routes, close routes from prior day
- Assign driver routes, report of attendance and any issues.
- Monitor and adhere to key performance indicators within the operations as outlined by company and customer requirements.
- Respond in a timely manner to Drivers and owner operators and handle accordingly with correct responses for callbacks, messages, or cancellations.
- Communicate/contact undeliverable customers for resolution.
- Assist/coach drivers & owner operators to meet maximum potential while maintaining delivery time specifications.
- Manage rescue driver process.
- Escalate major issues/ equipment failure or any other matters to Senior Managers for resolution.
- Communicate with other departments as needed.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4T 4E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- dispatcher: 4 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-11-06
