Responsibilities:

- Provide professional barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Sanitize and maintain barbering tools and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Greet clients and manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with current hair styling trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including fades, trims, and beard grooming.
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards for barbering tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their desired hairstyle.
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client demand.
