**Overview**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Appliance Salesperson, you will specialize in identifying and securing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through commission-based earnings. Your success is directly tied to your sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential and the opportunity for advancement within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Appliance Salesperson is responsible for:
- Building strong relationships to create return customers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service during and after the sale.
- Creating a well-rounded purchase including protection and charge.
- Passionately engaging in monthly coaching discussions with supervisors.
- Acting as a brand ambassador within your community.
- Consistently following Tepperman’s directional selling strategy.
- Be an active participant in developing a positive store culture.
- Maintaining the company business standards related to your role.
