**Summary**:
**Responsiblities**:
- Ensure that the computerized HSE information systems are accurate and updated regularly.
- File, photocopy and complete general HSE administration as required.
- Schedule training for new employees.
- Put training packages together and make sure the employee has the pre req’s.
- Tracking/Controlling documents.
- Updating training matrix.
- Submit monthly training matrix to Project Manager.
- Manage and monitor health and safety documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with preparation of meeting minutes.
- Manage compliance documents.
- Manage Health & Safety calendar.
- And other duties as required/assigned.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Computer experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Experience in training and analysis.
- Strong sense of respect for confidentiality.
- A mature self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Responsible for the maintenance of various H&S database systems including data entry.
- Coordinate and communicate training schedule with operational team.
- Support audit activities and JHSC meetings.
- Assist plants with updating safety communication boards, site induction forms and other signage.
