**Job Summary**:
Under the supervision of Hope’s Home CFO, the role of a Finance Administrator is to support and maintain the daily financial records of the organization as per company policies. They perform a wide range of administrative duties relating to payroll, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, receipting and benefits as well as provide support to other team members and employees of Hope’s Home.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Payroll Duties
- Accounts Receivable Duties
- Accounts Payable Duties
- Fundraising, Pension and Benefits, and other Financial Duties

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting Diploma with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience or combination of education and experience
- Experience working in an accounting and payroll systems
- Knowledge of office administration, bookkeeping procedures, accounting (journal entries), accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers is an asset.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,319.97-$54,545.50 per year
