We are currently seeking a Contents Cleaner/Driver to join our team. As a Contents Cleaner/Driver, they will play a crucial role in our content processing services, ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safe transportation of our client's belongings. The attention to detail, commitment to exceptional service, and driving skills will contribute to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of affected areas and contents.
- Utilize our Encircle app to create a detailed inventory list, capturing clear and proper pictures.
- Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings in accordance with established guidelines.
- Pack various items, including clothing, linens, kitchenware, bathroom items, electronics, bags, shoes, decor items, chinaware, dishes, books, and other miscellaneous items around the house.
- Drive the company vehicle to different job sites for cleaning purposes.
- Clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at various job sites.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or requests.
- Maintain professional and effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.

Job Requirements:

- Maintain a professional demeanour and remain calm under pressure.
- Possess the ability to take clear and proper pictures.
- Have experience in general labour, household content packing, and cleaning.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Canadian driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience and 1 year of cleaning experience.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$16.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
