**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Financing and Transaction Banking (GBSU/FTB) is a global organization covering the management of structured finance transactions.

Within FTB, the Structured Finance Middle Office team (SMO) manages transactions/portfolios pre
- to post-closing for Project Finance.

The group supports the business lines in all aspects of portfolio and transaction management, including operational responsibilities, agency management, credit risk monitoring and client relationship support.

**What will be your DAY-TO-DAY?**

As a Project Finance Portfolio Manager, you will be:

- Responsible for portfolio management functions supporting Project Finance business lines (Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure and Metals & Mining).
- Prepare annual credit reviews (including financial analysis, financial modeling projections, rating assessment, and proposal) for assigned accounts.
- Actively follow and analyze counterparty risks (covenant compliance follow up, Unlikely To Pay events management, reporting of DSRC and other key metrics, assess performance - construction and operational phase, etc).
- Responsible for credit monitoring and reporting including credit triggers and early warning indicators.
- Perform quarterly watch-list and provision reviews and present the same in meetings with the Business Line and the Risk department.
- Prepare reports and responses to regulators, including the US Shared National Credit.
- Assist in internal and external audits and examinations of portfolios from a credit risk standpoint.
- Participate in workout of troubled portfolio credits in close cooperation with the Risk Asset Recovery group.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Must Have**:
1. Minimum 5 years banking experience, ideally in Project Finance role.

2. Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

3. Strong financial and credit analytical skills,

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including clear, concise, analytical writing);
5. Strong problem solving and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.

6. Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment.

7. Ability to work independently.

8. Knowledge of credit agreement and realted banking and Project Finance legal documentation.

9. Knowledge of cash flow modeling, analysis and valuation skills developed in a financial services environment

10. Bachelor’s degree

Language(s): French, English

**Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States**.

**Nice to Have**:
2. Prior Project Finance Portfolio Management role.

3. MBA, CFA
