**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the needs of each member
- Assess members progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Rock Climbing, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong people skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R3T 4S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Climbing Wall: 2 years (required)
