We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for our company. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, account management expertise, and the ability to analyze market trends.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their selling skills
