**Location/Division Specific Information**

Our Clinical Specialists are actively involved with Clinical Account activity, Strategic Sales Strategies, Business Development and Contract Implementation and Business Reviews.

**A Day in the Life**:
As part of our Sales Team, you are accountable for developing key business relationships with senior level decision makers within Fisher’s clinical accounts. Working with a mínimal amount of supervision, you will increase sales through highly focused selling to new customer opportunities (through direct sales efforts, contract negotiations, product and process detailing) in a highly competitive market.

**Keys to Success**:
**Education**:

- Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with appropriate major required
- MSc or PhD is an asset

**EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ years of successful hands-on clinical lab or clinical sales experience
- Laboratory technician experience strongly preferred (experience with workflows pertaining to Anatomical Pathology, Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology)

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Approximately 30 to 50% travel will be required for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Must be able to travel to the US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to identify business opportunities in relation to growth strategies
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work from a home office
