Journeyperson Plumber

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Boiler installation and repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with codes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working in various environments.

- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating material needs, and ensuring precise installations.
- Experience using hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing work.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Pay: $78,000.00-$86,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- plumbing service: 4 years (preferred)
- Boiler installation: 4 years (preferred)
- Boiler Service: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Journeyperson Plumber Certificate (preferred)
- Journeyperson Gasfitter Certificate (preferred)

Work Location: In person
