**Woodshop Worker**

Located in Iroquois, ON, Craig Packaging is one of Chicago-based Republic Packaging Corp.'s eight North American operating locations. As a 60-year-old provider of cushion packaging Republic Packaging is known for outstanding design, quality, and customer service - Craig, which specializes in corrugated packaging, shares the same tremendous design, quality, and service capabilities as our parent. In addition, we have a sister company, Impacte, which provides warehouse management services that can complement our packaging products or be a stand-alone service to provide solutions to our customer’s problems.

With our eye toward growth, we are actively working to grow our sales by 50% over the next 3 years and enter new markets with innovative packaging and service offerings. We are seeking an experienced Woodshop Worker to join our team.

Role responsibilities:

- Fabricate parts through the use of work orders, drawings, Bills of Material and shop instructions.
- Set-up, operate and tend to wood shop machinery.
- Maintain a clean work area, machine, and products.
- Inspect the quality of the products to part specifications and tolerances.
- Monitor equipment, making adjustments as needed to maintain specifications.

What you bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with woodworking.
- Ability to react quickly and make adjustments to ensure consistency and quality.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
