Arborist Apprentice/groundman

The responsibilities of this job include;
Operating Woodchipper, dragging branches, raking, leaf-blowing, operating chainsaws, setting up cones, keeping civilians out of work zone, assisting arborist climber with daily operations, driving truck, greasing machines, tieing knots, showing up on time with a good attitude, participate in pre-job safety meetings, running mini excavator+track lift (optional, training provided)

Requirements;
Drivers license in good standing and a car for commuting to the yard (NorthEast Richmond), First aid is an asset, availability mon-fri, show up everyday (this is tree work, there are missions to be done, if you call in on the morning of, sorry - you can't work with us)

ie ISA Arborist, CUA Arborist, TRAQ Consulting Arborist, Falling/Bucking Endorsement, Level 1,2,3 FA, DTA Ticket, Air Brakes

Hard work, not for the faint of heart, able to work in all weather conditions
