**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**:
Le titulaire du poste est appelé, entre autres, à gérer l’ensemble de son portefeuille de fournisseurs. De plus, il négocie et commande les matières premières selon la planification de production (PDP) et/ou selon les réquisitions des différents départements.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
Acheter les matières premières selon les fournisseurs établis ;
Suivre les achats pour s’assurer d’avoir le bon produit, au bon moment et en bonne quantité ;
Suivre les prix sur une base régulière ;
Vérifier et approuver les factures qui ne correspondent pas à nos bons de commande (prix, quantité, produit) et faire des demandes de crédit au besoin
S’occuper des retours de produits défectueux chez les fournisseurs (RTV) ;
S’occuper des transports et des douanes en rapport avec les achats ;
Rencontrer des fournisseurs pour discuter des possibilités de collaborations ;
Identifier et suggérer des fournisseurs en s’assurant, lorsque requis, que les produits sont approuvés (CSA et UL) ;
Effectuer des appels d’offres ou des négociations avec les fournisseurs actuels ou potentiels ;
Planifier les besoins, commander et assurer différents suivis avec les sous-contractants ;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département de la planification et tous les autres ;
Participer à des projets de développement de produits en équipe multidisciplinaire ;
Rédiger des rapports ;
Maintenir le système ERP à jour.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**:
BAA ou certificat en gestion des opérations, DEC en approvisionnement ou expérience jugée équivalente ;
Connaissance d’un environnement Min/Max ;
Connaissance de la suite MS Office (excellente maîtrise d’Excel) ;
Connaissance des normes ISO ;
Sens de la communication, de la négociation et de la persuasion ;
Bilinguisme français et anglais (pour communication avec les fournisseurs anglophone);
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail ;
Autonomie ;
Esprit d’analyse ;
Capacité de travailler en équipe.

**EXPÉRIENCE**:
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un milieu manufacturier;
Expérience avec des composants électriques, un atout.
