**Responsibilities**
- Run machine and supervise operation
- Inspect dimensions
- Maintain equipment by performing routine quality control checks
- Sharpen and replace worn tools
- Follow manufacturing instructions to detect and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Support other functions as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Previous CNC operating experience
- Ability to read shop drawings and interpret specifications
- Effective communication skills
- Engaged, dedicated, & eager
- Easily adapts to different roles, tasks, and situations
- A strong understanding of our company culture
