The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing and dispatching online orders in alignment with Laderach standards. The role requires attention to detail and passion for the Laderach brand to ensure the business needs are met with a deep understanding of the impact on customer experience.

General Duties:

- Fulfill, pack and ship orders submitted through Laderach Canada website
- Execute inventory counts and validate best by dates of products.
- Receive, stock and organize product into shelves.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements:

- Comfortable working in a warehouse-like/order fulfillment environment
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift as required.
- Ability to lift deliveries and outgoing packages. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Enjoys meticulous attention to detail in order to elevate customer experience.
- Schedule: 5-8 hr shifts for a total of 15-20 hours weekly from Monday to Friday.

**Compensation** includes**:

- $17.00 per hour
- 50% Employee discount
