Our Procurement and Program Management division provides professional support and commercial advice to all parts of the organization through the services it provides, including procurement, data analytics, budgeting, and performance management. The Procurement office is a global leader among public sector entities in the procurement of large capital infrastructure projects. The Program Management office ensures consistency and synergy among the capital project cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting, quality, process control, continuous improvement, compliance and governance, reporting and analytics functions across the enterprise.
**What You Will Do**:
- Develop, implement and use standard and project-specific planning and scheduling procedures in accordance with the enterprise and project requirements and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Review schedule baseline, progress and performance, asses the compliance of the schedule identify potential risks, issues and problem areas and help/facilitate their resolution.
- Conducting critical path analysis and highlighting time-related issues and risks, analyzing schedule disruptions, determining root causes, identifying mitigation/recovery strategies and opportunities to accelerate completion of the work
- Managing the progress measurement and earned value, schedule reporting, implementation of change orders in the schedule and supervising schedule change management
- Work closely with risk lead to develop a summary schedule suitable for quantitative schedule risk analysis
- Provide input and recommendations to the Schedule Management Leadership team in respect of all scheduling process optimization efforts by developing and enhancing existing schedule management policies, procedures, approaches, methods and tools, and conducting quality control functions of such processes.
- Review and evaluate construction claims, their validity and assess schedule impacts due to changes/claims.
- Manage schedule progress measurement and earned value on all the projects on a program-wide basis.
- Link schedule element of risk process to change process and estimate the impact to the critical path and project completion date.
- Review and evaluate deviations from the baseline in the Project Master Schedule, highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions and report.
- Interact with stakeholders within project teams, third party advisors, and external clients to IO to ensure consistent inputs and gathering of project schedule information occurs in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Implement continuous improvement, process optimization and quality management initiatives relating to schedule management of all IO's capital project delivery.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- University degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Commerce, or other relevant disciplines combined with a minimum of 7 years of progressive hands-on experience delivering project scheduling services for capital projects on large multi-discipline civil and social engineering projects, preferably with exposure to Civil (Highways and Road) projects or programs.
- Hands-on experience in planning and preparing logic diagrams, critical path networks and bar charts, with particular emphasis on detailed construction schedules.
- Demonstrated experience in claims management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and other relevant Scheduling software platforms/tools.
- Knowledge of schedule risk analysis and quantitative risk assessments methodology in the execution of QSRA for schedule.
- Previous experience on Civil (Highways and Road) projects
- Experience with P3 programs with solid understanding of the various specific P3 delivery model.
- PMI, AACE are all assets.

The salary band for this position is
**Level PM2**,
**$81,300 to $121,900 **in line with our internal pay bands and compensation philosophy.
