**Job Position**: Framer (Full Time Position)

**Job Details**:
- ** Minimum 1 yr framing experience.**:
- Experience is a great asset but motivation is key
- Work is mostly in the Kelowna area but can include an area 1.5 hr drive around.
- Work an average of 40hrs a week.
- Get paid bi-weekly.
- Good wages are based on experience and performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work includes framing of all sorts.
- Commercial framing, residential framing, and agricultural framing.
- Framing includes building walls, floors, and roof systems along with garbage cleanup and keeping things tidy.
**Qualifications**:
- Full-time (no part-timers)
- Must be motivated.
- Have your own transportation.
- Have PPE and small hand tools (hammer, speed square, tape, etc.)
- Be willing to work hard.
- Willing to be a team member, not an employee (Employees show up late, leave early, and steal while they’re there)
