**Job Overview**:
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will assist with check-in/check-out, process payments, and offer helpful information about hotel services and local attractions, all while maximizing hotel revenue and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide detailed information on hotel services and amenities.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and stay informed about hotel events and functions.
- Handle phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maximize hotel revenue by up-selling rooms and providing excellent guest service.
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions, complete cashier reports, and manage safe deposits.
- Address and resolve guest requests and concerns, ensuring total satisfaction.
- Book and manage guest reservations, including cancellations and updates.
- Foster teamwork and communication with other departments to maintain high service standards.
- Provide concierge services and special guest requests as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent; one year of front desk or guest service experience. Some college preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift items up to 50 pounds, and handle objects and computer equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests with professionalism.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
