**Job Summary**:
The basic function of the Associate Project Manager is to provide comprehensive support to the Production Department and Senior Project Managers with coordination between administrative efforts and field production efforts. This position will work closely with the team’s project coordinators, project managers, and field personnel.

**Job Functions**
- Provide support services for multiple projects running simultaneously. Assist the Production Department and Project Managers with daily coordination and communication to facilitate the flow and control of all project documents, information, and materials required to ensure the organized flow and profitability of assigned projects.
- Create and control the contents of the project files and coordinate the flow of communication of paperwork and activity associated with any project.
- Assist with or order job-specific project materials using approved PO Procedures.
- Assist PMs with the mobilization of the project (required materials available when needed, rental equipment, portable toilets, housing, work order binders, etc.)
- Attend regular meetings with the internal project team, document project and delegation of responsibilities
- Understand commercial roofing practices, codes, and regulations to avoid legal challenges, enforce regulations, and recommend new procedures.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Minimum of one (1) year of construction experience; construction management certifications/degree
- Critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through, skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have a valid driver's license
