**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

**YOUR ROLE**
As a Site Agent, you will ensure the cleanliness of the site in addition to being present with customers to guide them, inform them of our services and respond to their requests.
More precisely:

- You will be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness of work spaces and locations and addressing any issues to a manager on site;
- During winter, you will ensure snow removal and salt spreading at pedestrian access points (main entrance, emergency exit, etc.);
- You carry out appropriate light tests to ensure water quality in all water bodies in the spa;
- You ensure the tranquility of the premises, compliance with the instructions and spa regulations (silence, bathrobes and towels on the chairs, etc.);
- You guide clients through the relaxation and relaxation process, ensure client comfort and are proactive in meeting their needs;
- You ensure that you welcome comments, suggestions and complaints and forward them to management;
- You will collaborate with your colleagues from other departments for mutual support and a smooth customer experience.

**SCHEDULES**
- **Seasonal position: November to end of March.**:

- Full-time position (5 days/week, approximately 33-34 hours/week).
- **Evening **and **weekend **hours.
