Hourly rate: $16-$18

**Responsibilities**:

- Have the ability to handle difficult clients.
- Work well with peers and under pressure.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Communicate clearly with others.
- Be a good listener.
- Act as a liaison between the business and clients or other business groups.
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Responsible for reviewing and processing day to day transactions
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliation
- Reconcile and balance intercompany accounts
- Perform month-end and year-end closing
- Complete and file HST returns and other government remittances
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual schedules and reports on a timely basis
- Communicate with customers, sales, operations and other personnel
- Enter landlord and tenant data into company system and maintain the database
- Organize, maintain and update all paperwork
- Help maintain and create systems to keep all paperwork in order
- Maintain and help organinze all paperwork
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- College/University diploma in Accounting, or other business-related majors.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting software such as Quick Book
- Good knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Recent graduates are welcomed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 1-3 per week
