Allied Universal is currently searching for a** Security Site Supervisor**. The Security Site Supervisor will embrace our company's core values. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services. The Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customer, Operation Manager and security officers. Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

- **Must have at least 2 year of Security experience**
You will be responsible for providing great customer service to our residents and guests. This means you will be involved in the welcome and greeting of our residents, check in and check out procedures. You will answer guest enquiries and provide assistance. You will take all incoming phone calls. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, and are passionate about customer service, with strong leadership abilities. Assertive and able to work in a team environment. Good computer knowledge and a fast learner who can work well under pressure. Rapid solutions to changing situations are your strength.
**What You'll Do as a Luxury Condominium Supervisor**:
- Front desk Concierge customer service and administrative tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required.
- Professional attitude towards training (e.g., how to handle emergency conditions, communications training)
- Respond appropriately to residents complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total client satisfaction.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- **Must have at least 2 year of Security experience**:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Able to:
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
