**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software Avimark is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-have: Experience with laboratory procedures
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
