Job Title: Telemarketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and meeting sales targets by contacting potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, using scripts and resources provided.
- Identify and qualify leads, build rapport with potential customers, and communicate effectively to understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the team to support their efforts and reach common goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketing representative or similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and articulate financial information.
- Strong selling skills and the ability to close deals over the phone.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
