Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring excellent customer service to our tenants. This is a vital role in maintaining the overall efficiency and success of our property management operations.

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in property management software such as Constar
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with Condo fees collection and accounts receivable management
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate
- Proficiency in using property management software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
