**Job description**

**Duties**:

- Answer phone calls and take orders on an ongoing daily basis.
- Make outbound calls to customers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Process/Pick orders and provide invoicing and sales receipts.
- A good knowledge of Epicore Software for (invoicing, looks up, analysis)
- Support drivers delivery's upon returning from distributors.
- Update customer records with new orders, shipments, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Epicore ( however we will train)
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly and be able to use it effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform duties accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$27.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
