**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of various marketplaces, such as Amazon and Walmart, optimizing content, analyzing performance, and executing marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success in the digital eCommerce space.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations for different marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. This includes content management, product listing uploading, promotions, and analytics.
- Utilize PPC analytics, keyword research, competitors' analysis, and other data sources to understand performance and customer interaction, identifying opportunities for platform business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brief new content requirements for Amazon and online brand flagship store. Ensure these sites effectively convey Aspectek's brand story and product benefits while meeting customer needs.
- Troubleshoot order issues in collaboration with the supply chain and QC teams.
- Review weekly/monthly eCommerce performance and maintain up-to-date reporting and tracking.
- Develop and execute PPC strategy, optimizing the page ranking for every product on the platform.
- Build and execute marketing campaigns and sales promotion plans for every channel in different countries.
- Provide prompt customer service to our users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage and control the STH% (stock-to-hold ratio) and availability ratio for every product.
- Maintain relationships with each account manager of different platforms, proactively resolving any crises through contact with our strategic account manager.
- Achieve every business KPI factor for every month.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of digital eCommerce experience, with a strong focus on marketplace management.
- Previous experience using Amazon, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms on a daily basis.
- Extensive experience briefing, reviewing, and uploading website content and assets.
- In-depth understanding of key eCommerce KPIs and how to optimize them.
- Familiarity with best practices for web content, conversion optimization, site hierarchy and organization, accessibility, and site speed optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, both in analysis and set-up.
- Experience with building and executing SEO strategies.
- Understanding of how to work with design and technical teams to build and operate marketplaces.
- Knowledge of eCommerce supply chain and fulfillment processes.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Analytically driven, with a proven ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful collaboration across teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing business conditions and priorities.
