**Project** Description**:
Our client is a US subsidiary of a global financial house working in multiple markets and asset classes.

For New York we offer salary range depending on experience: 80000-160000 USD Gross Per Year.
For Toronto and London we offer market standards depending on experience and work format

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the business and business analysts to understand and document current issues and inefficiencies in repo and MBS collateral management process.
- Desing technical solutions to resolve business issues that are within the capabilities of the TLM Collateral Management System.
- Upgrading TLM Collateral Management to a later version (once needed): configuring all individual software modules, upgrading various databases, setup and configuration of IIS websites, ownership of executing full UAT & regression testing of the system post upgrade including downstream feeds and outputs.
- Working closely with the vendor to identify and implement changes to improve performance of the system.
- Creating and updating in-house SQL extracts.
- Optimizing batch processing to decouple margin types and reduce business/SLA impact when failures occur.
- Must be willing to do travel/hybrid work from New York client office

**Skills**:
Must have
- 3+ years of previous hands-on experience on similar role
- An understanding of bank collateral management obligations including variation margin, initial margin
- Product knowledge of OTC derivatives, repo and SBL
- Experience in configuring IIS websites and authentication.
- Strong SQL knowledge including the creation of stored procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with XML and MQ messaging
- Ability and experience of working under the pressure - both autonomously and within a team
- Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization
