THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN CALGARY, AB AT OUR DOWNTOWN OFFICE.

**Job duties are**:

- To enter and/or review all accounts payable entry.
- To prepare and compile back up for all cheque runs, bill payments and EFT runs.
- Submit Payroll Deductions for Staff Shuttles, Staff Activities, Ski Passes, and others as required.
- Monitor the completion and distribution of daily in-house reports (F&B, Rooms segmentation, Flash, and Labour).
- To prepare month-end journal entries, according to the policy and using standard templates.
- To assist in conducting and completing all standard reconciliation templates according to company policy.
- To assist with year end audit.
- Any other periodic or on demand request that may arise.

**Employment Experience and Educational Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Education preferred with Accounting background
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Familiarity with Financial Systems (AccPac), PMS (Opera & WinPM), POS (Micros & Maitre ‘D), and Excel.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification as needed
- Strong interpersonal, organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build professional relationships
- Able to work effectively within designated timeline
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
