We are a team of nearly 500 people that serve thousands of dealership customers in recreational vehicle, marine, outdoor power, agriculture, construction and specialty equipment markets.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, with career growth potential to grow with us. In this role you will provide accurate, repeatable and timely reporting and analysis to business owners in order to assist them in making sound business and investment decisions. The Financial Analyst will serve as a business partner to the multiple Business Unit’s to assist with understanding their financial stories and help drive predictable outcomes through robust budget and forecast efforts.

**Primary Accountabilities Include**:

- Gather data on a weekly and/or monthly basis and organize it into a digestible format for the business units.
- Able to work on large data sets, extract and compile data from different sources and tie it back with our financials.
- Update product and maintenance trending reports.
- Provide information on growth and attrition by product line.
- Based on finding, provide actionable insights to business.
- Consistently update forecasts.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a zero-based budget process.Partner with the business owners to proactively forecast business outcomes based on known and quantifiable data.
- Review headcount and salary information monthly (including allocations) to ensure that forecasts are accurate.
- Compare actuals vs. budget vs. forecast to understand business drivers and disrupters.
- Deliver robust reporting packages.
- Update the Business Unit dashboard package at the end of each month for distribution.
- Provide executive commentary on monthly business performance.
- Communicate reasons or suggestions to improve efficiencies.
- Update and distribute the Revenue Trending Report each month.
- Will help to integrate newly acquired businesses into the existing reporting environment.
- Will help educate newly acquired business owners about our financial reporting structure, what to expect, how to read the results, etc.
- Will assist with special projects (ie, expense reduction initiatives, system integrations, etc.) as needed.
- Collaboratively work in the Onsite-Offshore model for periodic meetings.
- Work closely with operation teams to build reporting cadence on: R&D profitability measurement, Initiative modelling, Product profitability measurement, On-demand QSR stats and graphics, System integration.

**Qualifications include**:

- Experience working in and a strong background in accounting and finance.
- College/University degree in Accounting or Finance or an MBA required.
- Minimum 3 years of financial analyst experience; preferably in an enterprise software environment.
- 5 years managing reports - month end distributions, packages, forecasting, consolidating.
- **Key Skills include**: Forecasting, FP&A, Modelling, Variance Analysis, Experience working on a multi dimensional business unit environment
- Are computer literate, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel), and experience working with a ERP package.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse with associates at all levels.
- Excellent time management and set priorities managing conflicting demands.
- Positive team attitude and ability to collaborate with team members and coworkers.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
