Job Title: Yard Operations Supervisor

Working closely with our Supervisory team, you will provide organization to our yard. You will orchestrate the daily needs of the new build team and service team, as well as daily deliveries and shipments. This position is Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, with the expectation of flexibility of scheduling based on the needs of the business.

About Us:
Kubota North has been serving the Muskoka community since 2005. In 2015 we relocated to our current location and the Jackson Family, our Owners, have exponentially expanded and grown the location year over year since. We have grown from a small 5 employee operation, to a 30 plus employee location, with multiple renovations and additions including a storage building for the Yard, a new state-of-the-art service bay, and expanded both our Sales and Parts departments. We work with a global company who support us. We have continually grown through the years and have no plans for slowing down Come grow with us

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and organization of Yard
- Supervise Yard employees and make sure they are operating according to their Work Instructions and Procedures
- Responsible for the proper receipt and storage of equipment
- Ensures shipments are fulfilled with the established time frame and according to required conditions.
- Accurately control Yard Inventory
- Support Yard Investments
- Perform daily yard inspections and report back any safety concerns.

Qualifications:

- AR, DZ, or AZ license required.
- Forklift Operator an asset but not required (we can certify)
- Experience with Yard Supervision an asset
- Equipment Operating experience is a plus

- Computer literacy an asset
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 80lbs, withstand repetitive motion of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

**Salary**:

- Salary $60,000-$70,000/annual based on experience.

- 8 hour shift
