We are currently seeking an experienced **Electrical Foreman** to join our team in Calgary AB. **Commercial experience is a must**, and you must be able to keep a high pace to meet deadlines, while maintaining our high standards.
- Experience as a foreman for commercial and institutional projects
- Experience in all other electrical fields is an asset
- Red-Seal Journeyman Electrician
- Adept in client customer relations
- Knowledge of BC Hydro standards
- FSR certification
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to train apprentices
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Pass a criminal record check

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Run and lead crews on your assigned projects
- Work on site as required, with mínimal time in the office
- Communicate both internally and externally with all required parties to ensure that projects be complete within time and budget in a safe manner
- Conduct toolbox meetings as required to review overall operations
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, to ensure compliance with codes
- Professionalism in client/contractor relations
- Plan, organize, direct, and control daily operations including completion of work scope, ensuring the use of company OHS policies and procedures, and on-site inventory management
- Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
