Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Agent for our window cleaning home services. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in residential areas and offering our high-quality window cleaning services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset. If you are self-motivated, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Knock on doors and engage with homeowners to generate leads for our window cleaning services. Utilize persuasive techniques to capture their interest and explain the benefits of our services.

Present Product and Service Offerings: Clearly and articulately present the features and advantages of our window cleaning services to potential customers. Address any questions or concerns they may have and provide accurate information.

Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining regular contact.

Represent the Company: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and commitment to exceptional service. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.

Uphold Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical sales practices, ensuring that customers are treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. Operate within company policies and guidelines.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for personal and professional development. Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and sales coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment, is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
- Basic computer skills for recording sales activities and generating reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle outdoor work and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach residential areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $61,103.00-$68,130.00 per year
