This is a **Permanent FULL-TIME** position from **Monday to Friday.**

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience in an Automotive Dealership parts environment is considered an asset.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Ensuring accuracy.
- Problem solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in packing parts for wholesale orders.
- Load wholesale parts in the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver parts as directed.
- Pick up parts required by the dealership.
- Greet parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Offer appropriate advice on parts or accessories to wholesale customer enquiries during delivery.
- Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings.
- Ensure wholesale customer information on file is accurate and update as necessary.
- Present invoices during parts delivery.
- Collect payments from wholesale customers.
- Verify orders being picked up to ensure correct quantities and no damage.
- Use of a trailer.
