Elgin Audiology is an independently-owned and established audiology practice with multiple clinic locations. Our entire professional team strives to provide optimal care in a warm, honest, and friendly clinical environment. We provide full diagnostic audiological assessments for children and adults, rehabilitation, full hearing aid prescription and dispensing services, auditory processing assessments, ABR and VRA, as well as balance and dizziness evaluations for all age groups. We are a regional provider for the Ontario Ministry’s Infant Hearing Program and this position can be pediatric in focus if preferred.

As an Audiologist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of clients. You are able to provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
- Provide a high standard of care
- Follow-up with clients to ensure that appropriate care is provided

**Requirements**:

- Eligible for registration with CASLPO
- 3+ years of experience as an Audiologist is an asset (open to new grads)
- An interest or background in balance would be an asset
- Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co-workers
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Organized, personal demeanor with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
