**Wholesale Counter Parts Consultant** to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in working with your fellow associates who facilitate the purchasing and selling of wholesale parts required to service our clients. Leveraging your extensive leadership skills and knowledge of parts and customer service excellence, you will be accountable for the profitability of the Wholesale parts department as well as proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, delivery dispatching and merchandising.

- An opportunity to be a part of an exciting, growing business**Your Key Responsibilities**- Involved in the day-to-day business operations for the Wholesale Parts Department to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categories.-
- Using the OEConnection program and following the rules of MPI, provide quotes and follow through on orders for our Wholesale clients.-
- Utilize performance metrics in the department to enhance operational success.-
- Provide individual customer feedback and communicate with wholesale peers in a manner that ensures team member success.-
- Maintaining our high standard of customer service by addressing client concerns.-
- Lead and champion a safe work environment.-
- Daily contact with the Wholesale Road Salesman to coordinate activities ensuring the maintaining of existing and expanding of the Wholesale portfolio.**Your Capabilities and Credentials**- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an automotive dealership Parts Department.-
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Parts rules of MPI.-
- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses would be valuable.-
- A detailed understanding of Parts operations.-
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all team members.-
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.-
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers.-
- Strong organizational and time management skills.-
- A person of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments.-
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.-
- Excellent skills in Word and Excel.-
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time.-
- Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.-
- Understanding of Provincial Safety code requirements for dealerships.-
