Immigration Lawyer

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and implementing strategies to manage client’s needs and mitigate risks.
- Advising clients and employees on changes in immigration laws, regulations and impacts.
- Researching statutes and case law.
- Co-ordinating matters between Federal and Provincial officials, third parties, applicants, and employers.
- Supervising, train and mentor paralegals and caseworkers.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant immigration practice experience.
- Member in good standing of Canadian Bar.
- Strong research and writing skills and are adept at preparing written correspondence.
- Able to work independently and are passionate about client service.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Able to multitask and effectively handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent motivation to embrace technology trends and IT solutions designed to enhance the client experience.
- Have an enthusiasm to manage workflow and processes
