We have an exciting opportunity to add a Representative Large Billing Accounts to our team.

As a member of the team, in the Thorold Billing location, will handle general customer requests, billing inquiries, collections, moves and investigation of billing exceptions/disputes while supporting a positive customer experience.

**What You Will Do**:
You will have the following:

- Responsible for the maintenance of Large Volume Billing, Collective and Mass Market Billing accounts including call handling of general customer requests/needs, billing inquiries, moves and the investigation of billing exceptions/disputes.
- Ensure customer service quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Attend inbound/outbound calls, correspondence and any billing adjustments.
- Complete routine back office work (billing adjustments and resolutions) for Large volume, Collective and Mass Market account inquiries.
- Assist in other departmental tasks on occasional basis.

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years of directly related experience.
- Experience in an office setting supporting a customer care and/or billing environment.
- Large volume, Collective and Mass Market Billing experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and experience in working well in a team environment.
- Digital literacy as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and prioritize completion of numerous tasks within strict time constraints.
- Knowledge of Customer Information Systems is an asset, including SAP, EnMar, STORMS, Kubra.
- Excellent analytical skills, decision making ability, negotiations and problem solving skills
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and dedication to quality results.
