**Duties**:

- Preparing Purchase orders
- Reception of items in system
- Preparing orders for client
- Invoicing
- Payables
- Receivable
- Claiming warranty items
- Keeping track of inventory
- With counters invoicing service contracts
- Create cards of new clients
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners,
- Answers phones, directs calls and clients requests
- Retrieve files
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all files and documents
- Assist with general office tasks

**Required skills/ abilities**:

- Fully Bilingual / speaking and writing (English and French)
- Knowledge in Acomba ( preferable )
- Proficient with excel and related software.
- Multitasking
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma
- DEC
- Minimum 3 years office work experience
